The Sustainability Committee was established by the Board on 27 August 2026. 

The Sustainability Committee is authorised by the Board to guide and review the corporate social responsibility and sustainability‑related vision, strategies and objectives of the Group, evaluate and prioritise material ESG matters, manage and control such material ESG matters, and make recommendations thereon to the Board; to oversee and assess the management’s sustainability‑related initiatives and review the progress against relevant indicators and objectives; and to identify material sustainability‑related risks and opportunities and review the corresponding response strategies and implementation plans formulated therefor by the management.
