Dr. Wu Jiesi, 56, is CEO of Hopson, a Chinese property developer listed in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was chairman of Guangdong Investment (0270.HK). He holds a doctorate degree in economies. Dr. Wu served in various capacities with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”) from 1984 to 1995 and was President of ICBC Shenzhen Branch prior to his appointment as Deputy Mayor of the Shenzhen Municipal Government.
