Executive Directors

Mr. Hu Aimin, 59, is Chairman of Shenzhen Investment and its parent company, Shumyip Group. Mr. Hu holds a Master of Business degree from Hunan University. He joined the company in 2003. Prior to that, he was Secretary General of the Shenzhen Municipal Government.

Mr.Zhang Yijun, 53，is President and an Executive Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the South China Normal University. Before joining the group, Mr. Zhang was Chairman and Chief Executive of Shenzhen Construction and Investment Corp. He has over 11 years of property development experience. Mr. Zhang held senior government positions in Shenzhen in the 1980s and the 1990s.

Mr. Zhao Gesheng, 58, graduated from Inner Monglia Technical Institute in 1967. He joined the Company in 2001. Prior to that, he was chairman of the supervisory committee of Shenzhen Lionda Holdings, assistant to general manager of Shenzhen Petrochemical (Group), administration manager of Shenzhen Petrochemical Industrial Company.

Mr. Liu Weijin, 52, joined the Company in 2003. He graduated from Jiangxi Institute of Technology. In December, 2005, he was appointed Vice-President of Shum Yip Holdings. He was also previously the Board Chairman of Shenzhen Naodao Industrial Development Company. He has over 20 years experience in investment and corporate management.

TAM Ping Lung, 56, is Executive & Finance Director of the Company. He has a master degree in business administration. Prior to joining the Company in February 1997, Mr. Tam held senior positions in various multinational corporations and had 9 years of experience in an international accounting firm in Hong Kong.
